Dear Ruud

Thank you so much for your generous formal invitation to Hilversum at Easter.   We greatly look forward to meeting up with all our old friends and like you, we are now making plans for the visit.

It is anticipated that we will arrive lateish Friday evening departing quite early Monday morning but as to this I will get back to you with better details as soon as possible.
